Terms and Conditions – CHOOZIER

CHOOZIER is a trade name of Synergy Effecten B.V., Chamber of Commerce number 24 27 75 85, located in The Hague, The Netherlands. By accessing or using the website www.choozier.com and its related services (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility (Age Gate)

The Platform and its educational content are intended exclusively for users who are at least 18 years of age. By logging in and using the Platform, you warrant and confirm that you meet this age requirement.

2. Scope of Service & "As-Is" Disclaimer

2.1. Choozier provides a web-based interactive learning platform based on the methodology of Peter van der Kuip.

2.2. The Platform is currently provided as a "Proof of Concept" or "Demo" and is offered strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, continuous availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

2.3. Choozier reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform or any free demo at any time without prior notice or liability.

2.4. Relationship forming is not an exact science. Tests, exercises, and observations may not be reproducible, and proof for causalities may be lacking. The case studies used within this course are entirely imaginary. Statistics provided may be local or temporary and might not apply to your specific country or time.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

3.1. All software code, database schemas, UI/UX designs, graphics, text, and interactive module structures are the exclusive intellectual property of Synergy Effecten B.V.

3.2. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the content for personal educational purposes only.

3.3. Reproduction, distribution, "scraping", data mining, or reverse-engineering of the website's technical architecture, content, or software code is strictly prohibited.

4. User Accounts & Google Authentication

4.1. To save progress and leave reviews, users must log in via Google OAuth. Choozier does not store or manage your Google password. Users are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of their own Google account credentials.

4.2. Choozier reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to user accounts at our sole discretion, without notice, if misuse or a violation of these terms is suspected.

5. User Feedback, Reviews & Submissions

5.1. By submitting reviews, comments, or feedback on the Platform, you grant Choozier a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, display, and process this (anonymized) data to improve or promote the Platform.

5.2. User submissions must not contain offensive, defamatory, illegal, or infringing content. We reserve the absolute right to monitor, edit, or remove any user content at our discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

6.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Synergy Effecten B.V., its directors, authors, publishers, and distributors shall have no liability whatsoever to the user for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential expenses, losses, claims, damages, or other liabilities arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

6.2. The content on Choozier is for educational purposes only. The author, publisher, and distributor do not accept any legal responsibility for actions taken based on the content of this course. The user accepts full legal responsibility for taking this course.

6.3. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Synergy Effecten B.V., its authors, publishers, and distributors from and against any third-party claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses resulting from your misuse of the Platform or your breach of these terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of the platform is strictly subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data and authentication via Google.

8. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Language

8.1. These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Platform, shall be governed exclusively by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of The Netherlands.

8.2. Any legal actions, suits, or disputes arising out of this agreement shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent court in The Hague, The Netherlands.

8.3. These Terms and Conditions are executed solely in the English language. The user acknowledges and agrees that they understand the English language sufficiently to fully comprehend the legal rights, obligations, limitations, and disclaimers contained herein.
